| You should pick
up a Change of Major form in the office
of your new major. The chair of the department
will then assign an advisor to you. You
will then have two options.
A. You can give the form to the Secretary
so that she can route the forms through
campus mail to the appropriate department.
Or
B. You can deliver the forms yourself.
You will see quicker results this way.
To deliver the forms you need to know
where they are to be delivered.

Pink Copy - Chairman of Previous Major
