The Intent to Graduate form is also found
in most department offices. This form
is printed on a yellow card and is to
be completed at final registration prior
to graduation. It must be signed by you
and your Advisor, then turned into the
Registrar's Office. Please check your
bulletin for deadline dates. A new Intent
must be filed if degree is not complete.
